Our Right To Change These Terms And Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions as and when necessary. All changes will be communicated to you via email. They will also be updated on our website and you are therefore advised to re-read this policy on a regular basis.

How We Will Contact You
We will contact you either by telephone or by writing to you at the email address you have provided when setting up your Trade Account. It is therefore important to ensure that your contact details are always correct so we can keep you informed of any changes to our products or policies.
Setting Up A Trade Account
To set up a Trade Account with Creative Expressions you will need:
- An existing or close to opening bricks and mortar or online store, which must have its own domain/URL
- To complete a Trade Account Application Form
- To speak with one of our Regional Business Managers who will contact you as soon as possible after we have received your completed Trade Account Application Form. This will involve a telephone call to discuss your business and they will assess if a Trade Account with Creative Expressions would be the correct option for you.
Once your Trade Account is set up, your first order must be a minimum of £300.00 for UK Customers, USD 350.00 or €350.00 depending on which currency you pay in for International Customers excluding VAT and after any discounts have been applied (where applicable).
Currencies are specific to certain regions, these regions are as follows:
GBP – UK only
Euro – Europe
USD – USA and The Rest Of The World
All goods remain the property of Creative Expressions until all invoices are paid in full.
Setting Up A Credit Account
We also offer a Credit Account option which you can apply for. If you’re interested in applying for a Credit Account, you can view and submit the application form here.
You will need to meet the following criteria:
- Initially, we must receive 3 orders from you within a 3 month period totalling a minimum order value of £1000.00 for UK Customers, USD 1200.00 or €1200.00 depending on which currency you pay in for International Customers*
- Following that, you must maintain a minimum order value of £1000.00 for UK Customers, USD 1200.00 or €1200.00 for International Customers*, every 3 month period
- For a Credit Account to be considered, you must have 2 trade references. Any orders placed between you sending us your application form and a Credit Account being created will need to be paid for in advance until you are notified that your Credit Account has been approved
*excluding VAT and after any discounts have been applied (where applicable)
YOUR CREDIT ACCOUNT MAY BE WITHDRAWN IF:
- You do not place an order for 3 months
- Your order value is less than £1,000.00 for UK Customers or USD 1200.00/€1200.00 for International Customers, (depending on which currency you pay in), excluding VAT and after any discounts have been applied (where applicable), every 3 month period
- You fail to pay your invoices on time

Buying From Creative Expressions
Your Trade Account gives you access to order products via the Creative Expressions website.
Please note: all orders must be placed via the website.
Once your Trade Account has been set up you will receive an email with your Username and Temporary password to login to the trade section, which is accessed via the TRADE click through on the top tool bar menu.
Use your Username and Temporary Password to Login. On first use, you will be asked to change your Temporary Password, this is to keep your account as secure as possible. It is your responsibility to protect your password and not to share it with others. Creative Expressions will not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise because of any failure on your part to protect your password or account.
Please note, our website contains links to other websites and social platforms which may house content from third party providers. We do not have any control over these and are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting these sites or platforms. When you follow links to other websites and social platforms, or use third-party services and products, you should always read their Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Changing Your Personal Details
It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal details are correct before you place your order. Please check in the ‘My Account’ area on the website, that we have your correct name, telephone number, billing address and delivery address so that your order can be dispatched to you in a timely and error free manner. If the details aren’t correct at the time you place your order, Creative Expressions cannot be held responsible for any errors or losses resulting from this.
Pricing and Stock Levels
You will be able to see trade pricing and current stock levels when you are logged into the trade section of our website. All pricing may be subject to change, we will notify you of any price changes.
Clearance Product Prices
Any clearance product prices shown on our website are always the net price, no further discounts will be applied.
Minimum Order Value
For UK Customers the minimum order value is £150.00 and for International Customers the minimum order value is USD 250.00 or €250.00 depending on which currency you pay in, excluding VAT and after any discounts have been applied (where applicable).

Pre-orders
When a pre-order is available it can be seen via the Coming Soon section on the website. Each pre-order placed needs to reach the minimum order value level as specified above and should only include items available on the pre-order, other products cannot be added.
Please note: pre-orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed.
Payment for pre-orders must follow the process as specified in the Customer Ordering and Payment Details below.
Images supplied for pre-orders will be made available on a designated day and time of our choosing. These images should not be published either on your website or in any marketing materials before you receive the official pre-order e-shot from us. If you publish the images before you receive this e-shot we may not accept future pre-orders from you.
Paying For Your Order
For UK and International Customers without a Credit Account, all orders should be paid for at the checkout section of our website. We accept Visa Debit or Credit Cards and Mastercard Debit or Credit Cards. Cleared funds are required before your order can be processed and dispatched.
For Credit Account Customers, when your order is ready for dispatch, an invoice will be generated and emailed to you. Invoices are payable within the Terms and Conditions specified on it, after which they become overdue. Interest will be charged on all overdue accounts at 4% above Barclays Bank Base Rate at the time.
We accept Visa Debit or Credit Cards, Mastercard Debit or Credit Cards and BACS payments. Please be aware that we do not accept cheques.
For telephone payments, we DO NOT store Credit/Debit Card Information so each invoice must be paid for via the telephone and are submitted directly into payment terminals provided by Sage Pay, a specialist third party payment processor.
Monthly Statements will be emailed to you and are additionally available on request.
Please note, not paying your invoices on time may result in your Credit Account being withdrawn and it may also affect your credit rating.
Order Processing Times
We usually dispatch orders placed through our website within 2 working days. At particularly busy times, we may occasionally take a little longer but we will always dispatch online orders within a maximum of 5 working days.
Stock Availability
All orders are accepted subject to the availability of the products. We reserve the right to limit the amount of stock ordered per customer if levels are low. If this does occur, you will be notified, and your order adjusted accordingly.
Back Orders
We do not accept Back Orders, any products that are out of stock at the time of placing your order will need to be re-ordered once they are back in stock. There’s an ‘Email Me When In’ function on the website, which will notify you when a product is back in stock.
Adding To Orders
You will not be able to add products to an order once you have proceeded through checkout.
Sale Of Our Goods
The sale of our goods is permitted from your premises, on your website or through approved third-party resellers only. An up-to-date list of approved third-party resellers is available on request and may be subject to change.
Shipping Details
All mainland UK deliveries (excluding Scottish Highlands) are shipped free of charge, on a next day basis, not including Saturdays or Sundays.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from the designated shipping agent with information on how you can track the progress of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you can also track its delivery status from your ‘My Account’ area on the website.
The following UK destinations will unfortunately incur a delivery surcharge as detailed:

International Customers (excluding International Customers qualifying for free-shipping) will have a delivery cost added to each order. We pass shipping costs on at cost without mark-up. Delivery price quotations can be provided upon request. Alternatively, you can choose to organise your own delivery, but you will need to let us know before placing your order. We will be happy to supply order weight and dimensions upon request.
Alternative Delivery Details
If you would like your order to be delivered to a different delivery address, please enter the new address in the appropriate field on the website checkout section. If the details are not correct at the time you place your order, Creative Expressions cannot be held responsible for any errors or losses resulting from this.
Product Information
Product Images
We’ve taken care to ensure that the product images we use on our website and marketing communications are a good representation of the actual products. However, we cannot guarantee that the actual product or product colour may not vary slightly from those images.
Product Packaging
The packaging style and/or content information may change over time for the following reasons:
To reflect changes in the relevant laws and regulatory requirements
To implement minor technical adjustments and improvements. These changes will not affect the use of the product
To refresh the branding/styling
What To Do If There Is A Problem
Your Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 4 hours of submitting it to us. Please notify us in writing to the following email address:
Any cancellations outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
We do not operate a Sale or Return Policy. Therefore, goods delivered correctly against an order cannot be returned for credit except in the case of faulty or damaged goods. Please see the separate sections below covering Damaged Goods, Faulty Goods, Shortages and Missing Deliveries for further details. Any queries must be submitted to us within the specified times shown in each section to for us to look into further.
Damaged Goods
Claims for damaged goods must be communicated to us within 3 working days of receiving your delivery. Providing photos is compulsory – we will require, 2 photos of the damaged carton your order was shipped in and 2 or 3 photos of the damaged products clearly showing the issues. Damaged goods and packaging should only be disposed of when we have agreed this with you, we may request for you to return them to us. Where a claim for damaged goods is upheld, replacement goods will be dispatched (where available), or a credit note will be issued.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods must be returned to us so that they can undergo an evaluation. Where a claim is upheld, replacement goods will be sent to you (where available), or a credit note will be issued.
Shortages
Despite our rigorous picking and packing procedures, very occasionally items may be missed or incorrect. Items missing from your delivery that have been paid for or invoiced must be reported to us within 3 working days of the date you received the delivery. A stock investigation will be completed and if your claim is upheld, any missing items (where available) will be sent out to you, or a credit note will be issued.
Missing Deliveries
If an order doesn’t get delivered to you, please ensure to report it to us within 14 days of placing the order. An investigation will be completed and if your claim is upheld, any missing items (where available) will be sent out to you, or a credit note will be issued.
Creative Expressions Angel Policy
Please read our Angel Policy below which sets out the guidelines for the permitted use of our products within this context:
All of our products are copyright protected and must not be changed in any way
Mass production and reproduction by mechanical or digital printing for example is not permitted
Any handmade items sold using our products must be in the form of a finished item such as a card and not packs of die cuts or toppers
Scanning our designs for use in electronic cutting machines is not permitted
Handmade items produced must not utilise our brand name or logo or those affiliated with Creative Expressions and it must be made clear they are not associated as such
Handmade finished items using our products can be produced and sold in any quantity
You assume all liability for your handmade creations
